Freaks, Geeks, and Salsa!

Since daughter Amy and sissy Gail aren't coming until Friday night, hubby and I are joining a friend (Lisa) and her sibling family for Thanksgiving. As she says "come join the freaks and geeks"! Lots of food - lots of adopted family - lots of games and card playing - lots of food (oh I said that). Of course  I told Lisa I had to bring something to her brother (Rich) and sister-in-law's house. I sent a text to Rich to ask what I could bring. He didn't have answer for me. Even after I sent my list of 'specialties' including paper products, Well's Dairy Ice Cream, ground coffee, beer, wine, home made pumpkin pie with REAL whipped whip cream, or apple crisp. Well...he didn't answer. So I made .... ta daaaa....
Corn SALSA! Now there is a traditional Thanksgiving appetizer....

With all the choppin' and mixin' and cleanin' I put in, not to mention a morning at work - I managed to to squeeze in a little card-makin'-Bubble-time!

The ornaments on this card are the punch-outs from a few other cards. I clear embossed over two of them and green embossed with the corresponding shape stamp with green on the middle one.
