Is It Cold Enough for Mittens?

Another PowerPoppy stamp. Another Christmas gift put to use. Perfect for today cuz it is COLD!

WHAT?!? Poor Sioux City. We get no respect. We are the Rodney Dangerfield of cities!
First the FFA gives us SUX as our airport designation. Then this is all the Weather Channel
can muster up for us today? Well..maybe NOT knowing the temp is better than the real deal!

AND the first snow of 2015 fell last night!

Not in use today but just wait! Concerts and warmer weather are on the way!

So....these mittens are perfect for today! It is so much fun playing with new Bubble items! Even more fun than organizing new items in the Bubble! Which...geek that I am! I LOVE organizing!

After seeing the photo of the card I decided it needed some faux stitches.

Your card is gorgeous!!!! Such beautiful coloring and love those pretty mittens. The spray with the pearls is a crowing touch! So pretty.

Well, that just SUX's that your airport is called that!!! Yikes! LOL! Like you said, maybe it's better not to know your exact temps today. Guess "cold" would sum it up nicely! Love the picture of the snow though......I can see just enough and wish it were here - as long as we could have 80 degree temperatures with it!

Gorgeous card! I'm in NW Iowa as well, so I wanted to say hello from the Storm Lake/Spencer area. It's rare that I find anyone who crafts around here, so maybe we could shop at Hobby Lobby and have lunch, the next time I'm in Sioux City? Stay warm! :-)
