Bicycle Springs

Sunday and the sun is shining! It is almost jacket weather! I am tempting fate but I packed away my snow boots. Next....I will be laundering scarves, mittens, and chapeaus! Spring can't be far off...can it? What screams spring more than a bicycle, flowers, and GREEN grass?

Another technique challenge over at Just Us Girls. I do love a technique challenge! Well, I don't always LOVE them but I do like giving them a go!  This challenge is a wood panel look and here is the video tutorial link.

This is a card that will be seen in April over at {PIN}spirational. (You will have to wait to see what the photo inspiration will be.) I "discovered" a Stampin' Up Spectrum ink pad in a drawer that I cleaned out...whooot!!! So I put it to work on the sentiment. I love finding long forgotten treasures in hidden places!

  1. Pretty card, Nancy! Love your wood background and that sweet bike. Thanks for joining us at Just Us Girls!

  2. That background looks exactly like some wood paneling I had in a house one time! Nice!! Love the little bicycle, fence and flowers too. The sentiment! Wow!! That really pops in the different colors.

  3. Very cute card....Love all your different colors in your sentiment! Thanks for playing along with us over at Just Us Girls.

  4. Awesome wood background. Great job with the challenge Nancy! Thanks for playing along this week at Just Us Girls!

  5. A pink bike! Be still my heart!! I would love a bike like this! It looks great against your faux wood background! Great card and thanks for joining us this week at Just Us Girls!

  6. Loving it Nancy! Love the "ground" the grass and little fence are just perfect! Think I'd rather be making cards than peddling a bike though 😉 x

Thank you for taking the time to leave a note. Each is read and appreciated.
